Research: Investigating the spatial expression of miRNAs in Neural Crest Development
About me: I am currently undertaking a one-year research internship at the University of East Anglia as part of my two-year master degree in ´Life Science & Technology´ at Leiden University, the Netherlands. I am investigating the expression pattern of microRNA-219 during neural crest development in Xenopus laevis embryos supervised by Dr Grant Wheeler. I enjoy being part of this research group and have the opportunity to gain new knowledge in developmental biology.
Qualifications:

2012-2016: Joint Bachelor Life Science and Technology, Leiden University and Delft University of Technology, the Netherlands.
